This is a mis-matched wooden knob set that we have put together.
Each original timber knob has a dark brown finish which has been shellaced. One knob has a smooth round top and the other has a stepped top. One knob has a large original decorative brass backing plate 85mmx65mm. The other knob has a smaller original decorative round

The set comes with a
shaft + a longer shaft if required + screws

Each backing plate with knob is screwed to either side
of the door and by turning either knob the shaft
rotates to open and close the door.
This particular set is suitable for a door that has
a mortice lock ie. a lock that is set inside the door as
opposed to a rim lock which is fixed to the outside of the door.
